Are you going again on Saturday?
I don't think so. I have something else on 2pm that day too so I'm kind of glad that I now don't have to run from one thing to the other!

Very quickly 6/10. george went a bit too far with the depressing side of things. i do enjoy his edgy subtexts in his previous animated fare such as babe 2 and first happy feet. but this went too far. but i did enjoy whatever there was to enjoy. sone of the songs, cute penguinlings or whatever you call them, ramon (though i hate that they made him suicidal, why?). And it got very tiring in the last half.

6/10

Gosh, OH and I unashamedly loved this. Grabbed our favourite seats in the balcony area and just enjoyed. The music and singing was wonderful, the animation was awesome with absolutely stunning landscape and animals, both in and out of the water, the penguins were cute, the story was lovely, the Bill and Will krills were funny in a "Scrat in Ice Age" kind of side story - what's not to love? I wish Puss in Boots had been that good. I didn't even mind the 3D one bit.

9/10 easily

this is really a musical, not a film, since there was no sign of a plot for miles.,,rather its more s series of music videos with penguins in them. The 3D was very good, and the songs were pleasant enough. But no I cant really score this as a movie. Its just a cutefest, but it could have been so much more.

Had to chuckle when the kids and parents were all stoney silent at the gay krill inferences, the krill kept the film alive tbh and it needed more scenes of them.

Not the most clever or entertaing children's film I've ever seen. Not a patch on Rio or Tangled. It was cute and harmless but the story was weak and felt rather disjointed. It definitely dragged in the middle. The characters were rather bland except for Will and Bill who stole the show and were the best thing in the film. I didn't really notice the 3D so I don't think it added much. 5/10.

Was it just me or were some of the accents really heavy? I definitely struggled to understand some of Sven's dialogue.

I thought Robin Williams was doing half the cast! It certainly sounded like him for at least three different penguins.

It was you.

No it's not as good as Rio and Tangled, but I still liked it.

The children/family in front were painful, didn't stop fidgeting (the parents were worse than the kids). Thank goodness they left halfway.

I remember from the credits that he only voiced Ramone and Lovelace.

The family behind me were so annoying. So much chatting and rustling of packets. I actually had to turn around and give them a dirty look but they still carried on.
