Saw this tonight at Piccadilly. I think this film would be best suited for tv. However, I did enjoy it. I agree, it did drag on a bit during the middle. I thought the fella was rather gorgeous!!

It was a cross between a late-night Channel 5 film & Dawsons Creek.

The fella made the film - he was the only thing keeping that film up. I think I've fallen in love with him. Oh, and the little girl was fab! x

Forgot to add, 5/10 at a push.

Could not relate to that girl at all - she was perfect all of the time, got a job straight away, could afford converse & teeny weeny pyjamas the first day she was there, wooden & plain boring. Not to mention she'd been married, done a runner & owned her own home when she looks about 17! I think she was very poorly cast IMO x

I agree quite a slow moving movie but was also good in parts. I would give it 3 out of 5

I went with low expectations but enjoyed it far more than Anna Karenina the night before. I think people that are going to go to this type of film are going to enjoy it as it pretty much does what it says on the tin for this genre.

I did keep thinking she looked a lot like Gemma Atkinson with that hair style and the policeman looked like Barry Grant from Brookside! so my mind did wander a bit but the location was beautiful.
