Personally I prefer Quicksilver in Days Of Future Past but both are very different characters in my opinion but I have never read any of the comics so not sure which is truer.

This is an interesting read - https://uk.yahoo.com/movies/why-is-quic ... l?cmp=ukfb and probably explain any questions you have.
Thanks for the interesting link Yinster o/

I also preferred the Quicksilver in DOFP, but agree very different interpretations of the same character.

This is an interesting article from the BBC news website. I didn't realise that there were so many Avengers characters.

I had to read this twice before I realised what you meant.

Scarlett Johansson = Black Widow
Elizabeth Olsen = Scarlet Witch

You were obviously talking about Johansson ;)

Well made but it all seems so inconsequential, the plot is potentially interesting this time and a good source for conflict within the Avengers but everything is set up just one scene before it's needed.

I'm not sure why so much attention is pa*d to

their dreams, they call them dreams, they know Scarlet Witch put them there yet they let it define their actions? And I don't understand why the floating city was a thing? Was it some kind of scary statement? Or did it just exist for the sake of existing, like much of the movie. Considering the Avengers appear to split up at the epilogue I'm surprised it wasn't clearer those were the stakes in an attempt to give it more substance

The dreams have various objectives

Iron Man - To make him paranoid about protecting the world and thus create Ultron
Black Widow - Provide backstory
Thor - To setup Thor 3
Captain America - I have no idea

Are they real though?

I don't understand why Stark would change his motivation based on a dream, or Thor would just leave, it's against their characters. I read one review where it mentioned comics Scarlet Witch could project visions of the future, were they just reluctant to call them that because there was a character named Vision?

My belated review.

Won tickets to the premiere, but it might as well have been a regional premiere, as did not see anyone on the red carpet, and no intro by any of the cast, so no photos! :-(

I did not expect any intro, as we were in Screen 3, which was a small screening room, way, way at the back of Westfield Vue, with all the other screening rooms opened for the premiere too, it would have meant the cast would have to go individually to each screening room, not likely, so we just got an intro on the screen like what those at the regional premiere got. With all the screens open, it meant there were double/treble the security. I think the start time were staggered, as when we finished watching, other screens were still not finished yet or just finishing.

Saw on twitter that the cast did introduce the film in probably the main screen were most of the cast, crew and press were sat. So nothing for the fans.

We saw it in 2D. I understand others saw it in 3D.

Enjoyable, a lot of exciting action and lots of cool CGI. More of the same, more and bigger things falling from the sky! Witty one-liners. Lots going on. Need to see again.

I really enjoyed this film! It was a lot funnier than I expected, the banter between the main characters was very entertaining. Action packed and lots of fun! 8.5/10 o/
