watched Love. man, this film was terrible. really really horrible, a mess. the epitome of wasted pretentiousness.
Finished Broen (The Bridge) season 1, a really serious kickass tv series. Washed out colours, troubled middleaged Scandis and bleak concrete Nordic cityscapes. Plus a great plot. But how on earth does any woman find Martin attractive? Not a bad looking face but horribly overweight, a bully and something of an oaf when it comes to relationships. A lot of terrible things happen in this show but the most sickening thing by far is when another of his nude scenes is ominous. Urrh...noooo.

Watched Synecdoche, NY on BBC iPlayer, I can't not recommend it enough! It's positively migraine inducing and even though, out of stubbornness I watched it to the very end, I still have no idea what it was all about! If anyone here could enlighten me I would be very grateful
