January is unfortuantely not the month for ticket b*ying, even at 2-4-1, nevermind.
Still not free, but they're doing 50% off tickets now (which is better than 2-4-1 if you're with an uneven number of people) so perhaps more deals will come up:

I was looking at it as well. Saw posters in London ... 21.01 - 2 shows... They definetely had more days and more shows last year... Anyway I remember booking the free tickets just the day before. So we may be still in with the chance to see lovely horses! :cross:

Yes, you have to queue for hours in the cold, have long breaks between acts while they set up the stage, and the sessions always over-run.

I've been to America's Got Talent before which sounds exactly the same (except queuing for hours is in the soaring heat)

Yeah I tried going to the X Factor auditions and it was an utterly miserable experience and ultimately ended in failure. Think I wrote about it on here. Imagine BGT is exactly the same. Personally I'd avoid at all costs.

I've been to both shows and it is a long day but it is interesting to see what happens on the day and then see how it appears on tv.
It's certainly an experience . . . .to be missed? . . . .no, I'm glad I did it . . . but wouldn't do it again!
