Instead of watching a film or going to the theatre, I went to a talk to on Tuesday at the headquarters of The Daily Telegraph about the Cayman Islands, especially about protecting the Blue Iguana there and the Royal botanical garden there. It was really interesting especially about the protection of the endangered blue iguana. At one point they thought they only had about 10 left and now because of their efforts the population is about 500.
What was more impressive was their offices, the central room for the Daily Telegraph was almightily impressive, it used to be a trading floor for Solomon Bros and it was nice of them to offer us some carribean drinks and canapes afterwards.

Good Stuff! It might have hurt but I bet you felt mighty good afterwards. I am actually in training to teach such classes including boot camp, circuit training, spinning. Boot camp is a helluva all body workout. Dont forget to complement that with healthy balanced nutritious meals

Does anyone think that London Travelodge prices for middle of December will go down again or have specials in the next few weeks? I need to book rooms for colleagues and the prices are around £90 at the moment, even with their constant saver offers!

Does it have to be Travelodge? Tune Hotels in 'Westminster' (the place that I got the 1p room from) have rooms for £45 a night in mid December.
