Boot camp is a helluva all body workout. Dont forget to complement that with healthy balanced nutritious meals ;)
You can teach me glassy! :D

Man I really hated my bootcamp yesterday. I wore a white addidas t-shirt with a black zip up on top and the trainer made me take it off and my entire t-shirt was covered in mud by the end of the session!!!!!! Now I had to get home from Holborn so I ended up using public transport. Imagine what the eyes of the snooty city workers were like when they saw a girl walking by with mud all over her clothes........ Thank goodness I had the morning off work so I could shower else I would have been forced to go to work with mud on and the current location I am at doesn't have a shower!

I actually woke up this morning and was unable to move my legs at all!!!!! I need crutches. Everytime I bend my leg, I can feel the pain in my thighs!!!!!! I'm sooooooo tired!!!!! Thank goodness it's only two days a week as I certainly need the other days to recover.....

But yeh glassy.... Im trying to get to the balanced meals but that's hard...... I still have loads of Haribo packs to get through. :shifty:

Phones I don't really care about but the net is everythng to me. I was going to look after my sisters house last year and b*ght a 10" laptop because the house PC is in the hall, and I wasn't dealing with that!

I also remember a power cut. Damn, no internet, telly, radio and to make it worse, the houses on the other side of the street were ok. I went to bed

I went to the Hoxton Pony to see the drummers from Babyshambles and Libertines do a nice acoustic set last night. Even though the promised freebies never arrived, it was an enjoyable evening to try something different

Precisely why I can't live without my phone - it has the internet on it. So when I'm off outside of work/home away from a computer with net access, I know I have my phone.

@tilly, yeh I get irrirtated when that happens. I was really annoyed last night as I was picking a friend up after work because I needed something off of him and my 3G cut out so I lost all bars and awas unable to make calls! He was well annoyed as he was waiting in the rain for me for about twenty minutes!

phew, internet fixed, had to reset everything... the grown up kids were home alone and they did something!

yeah, what did we do without internet and mobiles before! Don't you just hate it when your battery goes flat and you can't let people know you are running late, or there is no reception when you are waiting for a friend, so you don't know if they are trying to call you to say they are running late!

I feel so much like staying home today... don't really have the strength to walk for an hour!
I am secretly praying it will start raining in the next 20 minutes then I would have a semi-valid excuse!

Please pray with me people :D

@ celini, nooooooo you must go out!!!!

I was well chuffed this morning, my boot camp got cancelled and I really did not want to go to it today as I have a training to go to in the city straight afterwards! Although, now I have to go to training instead. :(
