There are tickets available to see the Understudy Performance of Terence Rattigan’s Cause Célèbre, Thursday 28th April 2.30pm, at The Old Vic Theatre.

To celebrate the centenary year of Terence Rattigan’s birth Thea Sharrock directs his final play Cause Célèbre. Based on the true story of Alma Rattenbury who went on trial with her 18-year-old lover for the murder of her husband, Cause Célèbre is an intriguing tale of love, betrayal, loyalty and obsession.

Just need to RSVP to new@oldvictheatre.com

They will not respond to all individual emails to confirm bookings so unless you hear otherwise please come to The Old Vic Theatre for 2.15pm and wait in the Foyer to be seated.

YOU DO NOT NEED A TICKET FROM BOX OFFICE.

The New Rope String Band
Combining superb musicianship with side-splitting comic genius, the New Rope String Band (Pete Challoner, Tim Dalling and Jock Tyldesley) are truly unique entertainers. Elements of circus, clowning, slapstick and inspired silliness are spliced with beautiful acoustic music from various world traditions, in precision-honed yet uproarious performances. Expect the hilariously unexpected!

'They made me laugh until I cried, and played some great music. If the Queen could knight them or something, it would be a good idea.' Tim O'Brien Cherishably insane.' HI-Arts

**Please note however, that the offer is not included on the folk workshops, just the concerts.
