I genuinely was talking about the real meat!

It's sydddddd, she follows me where I go and then tries to turn me into a tone lowering friend when my sentences were all innocent!
I'm not very good with cooking and certainly not with vegetarian cooking so therefore I have nothing valuable to offer on this occasion although Quorn products aren't so bad. I've had them in desperation of pretend meat and they're abit more soft but still okay to eat.

I used to have the Quorn range too but my increasing nutritional education made me realise that Quorn is not really best for health.
Basically, the rule of thumb is, the more natural/unrefined/unprocessed your food is, the healthier. So Organic is the way to go...pity we living in times where economically wise, we are forced to eat processed and junk food because its unfortunately cheaper and convenient for stores to keep on shelf longer. But enough, I'll take my boring rant to the wieghtwatchers thread

Looking forward to the rant on the other thread
I will try and feed her healthy organic products when I can and SimonV I will try a vegetarian sausage; thanks everyone for your input as I want to make sure she has a lovely time and doesn't go hungry.
