Started off ok with muesli for breakfast, banana for elevenses then a tuna sandwich on brown bread, a pear and an orange for lunch. Afternoon was my downfall, had 2 lattes and a big slice of carrot cake

Total of 71.4km + 7.9km cycling + some swimming in the freezing Swedish sea; in 8 days are there are two days I barely walked around my hosts' places.

Enjoy your new chompers, there's no worse pain than toothache. I've had it for ages but my dentist can't see anything on my xrays and is not going to fix it. Its getting too sore now so surely something is noticeable, must make an appointment.

It's my birthday this Sunday, & I'm looking forward to a restaurant night on Saturday with boyfriend & 10 friends, I'm not too fussed about eating healthily (it's an American diner).....I weighed myself at the gym the other day, after not having gone for a long while - and my weight has remained the same! I'm very pleased as I thought I would have gained by now.
After this weekend, will be aiming to go back to the gym more to lose weight (rather than just maintaining). I just hope the weather brightens up a bit - not a great incentive to go swimming when it's cold out!!

I know that sounds mad but I was hoping to take a wool coat when I go and as I will be limited on space so can only take one pair. I know it will be cold when I go but I don't think it will be ski jacket type cold plus would be handy for other trips. Its not truly off topic this as it is walking boots I'm after.

Well Done on losing the 1lb!!
Please don't give up ... you done sooooo well, losing the 35lbs already. If you're not feeling the motivation to eat healthy ALL the time and exercise LOADS, just exercise a little (better than nothing) and don't deny yourself the 'naughty' treats, but reward yourself with a small treat when you know you've been 'good'. But deffo don't give up - PLEASE!!! You've done so well.
