Re: The Diary Room
All these people (including me!) exhorting Diane65 to complain have made me think I should put my money where my mouth is and deal with some of my own complaints. Some organisations get away with a lot simply because their actions go unchallenged, but we consumers can't always find the time or mental energy to tackle them. So, one letter done; umpteen to go. Not how I want to spend Saturday afternoon but needs must!

Re: The Diary Room
Just catching up with the posts on here - absolutely shoddy treatment by the theatre in question. I agree, a strongly worded letter of complaint (or phonecall) by both you and your friend - is in order.Diane65 wrote:Absolutely gutted just read on the internet that Love Never Dies has been cancelled on the 24th NovemberMe and my friend have taken 2 days off work and booked train tickets, a hotel as I really want to watch this show!! Does anyone know if its true

Re: The Diary Room
Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 October, no service between Stanmore and West Hampstead. Also, no service between Stanmore and Waterloo before 1100 and again after 2100 Saturday, and before 0800 and again after 2100 Sunday. Rail replacement buses operate.
Which means it's fine between Waterloo and Stratford.
