All these people (including me!) exhorting Diane65 to complain have made me think I should put my money where my mouth is and deal with some of my own complaints. Some organisations get away with a lot simply because their actions go unchallenged, but we consumers can't always find the time or mental energy to tackle them. So, one letter done; umpteen to go. Not how I want to spend Saturday afternoon but needs must!

Just catching up with the posts on here - absolutely shoddy treatment by the theatre in question. I agree, a strongly worded letter of complaint (or phonecall) by both you and your friend - is in order.

I thought I checked today before being very disappointed tomorrow morning... what was I thinking... of course the Jubilee Line is not working!

Gonna be fun (again) to go to North Greenwich :(

The Jubilee Line is running fine between Waterloo and Stratford.

tfl says it's not running between green park and north greenwich...

edit: nevermind... i checked again... it looks like its going to north greenwich :confused:

can you get to the river and go by boat? YOu can use the Oyster card

They are fantastic, that's how I got to the O2 on the strike day. Its a great way to see London as well. the clipper even pulls up right outside the venue

Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 October, no service between Stanmore and West Hampstead. Also, no service between Stanmore and Waterloo before 1100 and again after 2100 Saturday, and before 0800 and again after 2100 Sunday. Rail replacement buses operate.

Which means it's fine between Waterloo and Stratford.
