Great Diane! Me too, haven't been 66.8kg since...well I think probably since I was born! ;-)

Munching on carrots at the moment as a healthy snack.

I'm not changing those targets! Those are those are the targets to go for, girls! I've not been at the current weight I'm on since my early 20s either and the targets I gave you are around 0.5-1Kg under the BMI overweight level.

Also, Diane and JMD, your rate will be 1lb per week which you should manage fine if you stick to your current plans. AnneJ seems to be quite in the groove, so her target is more ambitious but still in the healthy weightloss zone and very achievable.

Right girls, focus, enjoy and think of the day when your friends look at you and say "wow, you looking trim! Whats your secret?" :)

Actually in reality, they'll say nothing because they're a jealous lot these days ;) So go make em jealous.

Well I've been going to the gym 3 times a week still and I've got a programme planned for Thursday to help me run this Race for Life :p I'm not a runner by any means but Mr Motivator and you guys have spurred me on to try...edit i will run this race rather than walk :D

Just off to register to run..yes run in York...no need to watch though :X

Sorry Mr Glass this is just for the ladies - if anyone needs to get any gym/sports clothes, BHS have a sale on the Everlast range, its really nice, I got some leggings and t-shirts at less than half price o/
