No no no, definitely not that nice. Right not I'm connected through a phone-line modem and windows is showing connection speed as 46.6Kbps.
They do have a lot of French/Brit/Saffa expats here so I guess it can be really good if you are loaded!!!
Cor! That sounds like the time I was connected with Pipex!!!
Everything is great if you're loaded!

Then I'd be abroad all the time!

I finally managed to swat the thing only to discover that it wasn't a wasp after all - just a very noisy hoverfly!
Oh well, the day can only get better - I'm off now to take the car for its MOT

LOL. Good luck with the MOT!

The sign in page is taking ages to load for me (I'm on a 1MB connection tonight

), so i guess something must be wrong with it.

Yeah I'm occasionally getting in but I can't read any emails - very frustrating - and this after how much I recommended it to Syd the other day!

I was wondering the same thing. I can't seem to access it either.

Had to go through igoogle and because I had an app loaded on it which displays my mail, I was able to read it through there (with such limited functionality!) but typing in gmail.com isn't briniging it up!

That always happens when you recommend something!! I recommended Dell laptops, within a day my hard drive failed, my wireless failed, my bluetooth stopped working and my camera was no longer recognised!
After that, I thought, never again!
