Another move downwards on the scales today. :)

Feeling positive, have been showing a steady weight loss since I started weighing myself. I'm sure I'm going to overeat at Christmas, but if I keep losing now, it might net off to no change rather than another festive gain...

Good morning everyone - quick post as got carried away with Rise of the guardians :D

Belvita and a yoghurt (270 calories)
Ham salad sandwich with 2 clementines (400 calories)
Homemade vegetable soup by my mother with loads of lentils (400 calories) It is a peace offering as she had a go at me the other day as she does

Rest day again as going to the cinema.

Be good and keep posting o/

Lucky you - no screening of Rise of the Guardians in Edinburgh :(

You are doing well still counting the calories Diane!
Mother with homemade lentil soup and nagging her daughter - Woops! Sounds familiar - think you'll recognise me easily when we meet on the Sunday. I might even look like your mother!

Got an appointment in town this morning and it is blowing a gale here and raining.
Cereal for breakfast and sandwich lunch as will not be back until 2ish - then beef casserole for tonight.
Tried to be good after eating so much while I was away to Paisley.

Its Great Expectations tonight and Rise of the Guardian on Sunday - Shame none in Edinburgh.

I'm sure that you are nothing like my mother she's 79 and very bossy 8O I have no idea what any of you look like so I will need some descriptions before I start introducing myself to the wrong people ;) I have decided in my own mind what you all look like and guessed the ages but I maybe totally wrong ;)
Hope the weather improves for you. :cross:

Good luck with the weigh in today Biggins.

Its branflakes (300 calories), beef and onion sandwich followed by 2 clementines (400 calories) Asda good for you chicken massala and a weight watchers fromage frais (400 calories)

I'm afraid to say the freshly prepared food and exercise programme is on a steady decline as I'm working a couple of hours tonight 6.45 - 8.45pm (Plus my normal day at work) hence its yet again another rest day and quick dinner due to time factor. Can't exercise before I go as only just eaten and too late when I get in as I need an early night as I'm on the 7:07 train to Birmingham tomorrow.

Hope you are all behaving better than myself :cross:  Be good everyone o/

Good luck everyone. I'm just heading off to Birmingham and haven't a clue what I will be eating today but rawr_xoxo has recommended a nice place for hot chocolate and cake so I fear the worse  I will walk as much as possible around the University and then Christmas markets. Possibly a quick dash/run to Piccadilly train station (only from the car park and not in a dress if Ejwrank is reading this ;) )if DD doesn't get a move on!!

Have a fun day everyone o/
