I sent an email asking which code they had cancelled and this is their reply:


We did have two codes and we have emailed ticket holders on each, I think there may be a bit of delay in emails today as there are a lot going out. However ALL tickets for Noises Off have been withdrawn so unfortunately on this occasion there are no tickets available.

Just pointed out the code was still live & thought removing the code would save SFF even more enquiries!

Can you please stop complaining and posting the same thing all over again (but in different colours!)?

You have to understand that SFF is a very small "company" (charity would be a more appropriate term) and they always are doing their best to please everybody!
They are rather busy today dealing with few new codes, theatre cock-ups and WB guest list!

I think you should give them more credits and be slightly more grateful!

I agree with you completely. We get so much from SFF and yet some people are so quick to criticise.
