I was at Switch Island Odeon with the Liverpool posse!
I thought this started off quite promisingly, but then disappeared up it's own backside trying to involve too many twists and turns. It was quite an unmemorable film apart from the scene with January Jones brushing her teeth! Can't wait to see Nick in Trespass tomorrow now to see how bad that can be!

Here's my view on Justice: http://wp.me/p1LZHn-a4

That's my second straight overly wordy review. I think someone needs to reel me in.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

Did anyone else find it odd how while chatting to his wife in the hospital, Nicolas Cage kept referring to her assailant as "the rapist" ? I mean, she was already in a pretty traumatised state. Shouldn't he have rather said "they caught the guy" or something without the word "rape" ?

I am happy I am not the only one who found the script horrendous!
I made the very same remark to Val this morning when I saw her!He could have used "the guy" or just "him"... surely, a freshly raped victim does not want to hear the word rape anymore!!!

Sometimes I really wonder about these Hollywood actors. While shooting, do they just spew out the script lines like a bunch of lemmings or do they ever challenge the writers/directors to introduce a bit of sense?

Maybe I missed it but did they have a "3/6 months later caption" because she made an amazing recovery from leaving hospital. Not a scratch to be seen

You didn't, but I would have loved a caption that actually said "3 to 6 months later..."

No keep 'em getting longer then we don't have to see the film. Great review, I only wish I could bribe you to go see Trespass and review that one.

Oh yes, I loved the man under the bus too. That kind of scene really should not be funny, and yet somehow they pulled it off.
