I don't think it's allowing a family ticket that's the problem, people should return tickets if they won't be using them or pass them on to people who will. Only needing to remember one ticket when you are trying to herd a 3 year old , a 9 year old and a husband is a godsend lol o/

I think it's more a problem with Disney not having a system for cancellation set up unlike Sky & SFF.

Was having a snooze waiting for the film to start when an usher tapped me on the shoulder and offered me some. OH didn't understand how they worked as it was dark and the film was about to start so I gave him the normal ones. I tried the clip-ons but I find them a bit weird and not very stable. Any opinions?
My son noticed a box of them at Hatfield yesterday and asked the Usher what they were, she said they only gave them out on request.

Amusingly shambolic morning at Surrey Quays Odeon. Lights went out prematurely, so people wound up groping around for seats in the dark. After handing out 3D glasses, the usher came back and announced that the film was to be in 2D after all and would we please give them back. There was a false start to the film, lights came on. No explanation for delay until 11 am, then told film was to be in 3D after all as they couldn't get the 2D version to work. 3D glasses distributed again in child, clip on and adult sizes!

Film itself? I thought the animation was stunning although there were few memorable 3D moments, the 3D being extremely subtle. The different types of arcade games were cleverly depicted from Super Mario type platform games, racing and first person shoot em ups. The Sugar Rush parts reminded me alot of Wizard of Oz, and Alan Tudyk seemed to have based the Candy King voice on Ed Wynn (Mad Hatter)?

All in all, extremely enjoyable on several levels. Wouldn't mind watching it again as there was so much going on in the film.

Really enjoyed Wreck-it-Ralf ..oh and the children did too o/

not a huge fan of 3D but always a treat for the family. Disappointed that the cinema screening was only a quarter full..its a shame as when i checked this morning Hull was sold out.

Saw this in Rochdale today. Screening was only 50% full which is terrible when so people would have loved to see it.

I thought it was pretty average, the set up, the arcade detail and the early support group scenes were good and there was some fun to be had from the different characters invading different games, but it really got bogged down in the Sugar Rush section. I also agree that the morals/messages were a bit confused.

But worst of all it was just wasn't very entertaining or funny. At Monsters Inc yesterday, which I've seen many times, I was well into double figures for laughs, but Ralph only made me chuckle a handful of times.

Thought the movie, lacked something. Felt a bit dissappointed with it. 3d was wasted! Since seeing Life of Pi would say that. The toys and associate games should sell well but just wasn't for me. My daughter got some enjoyment but stated she was looking forward to watch Brave on wayhome! I am not saying the film was terrible, just waiting for something to happen that didnt happen.

Thought it was amazing, really get central message going out there :) animation was amazing as usual, great story and characters, loved everything about it :) definitely redeemed my disappointment of Brave last year :)

I thought there was a good turn out at Holloway Odeon this morning. :D It looked pretty full to me, around 95%. And the doors opened early at 9.55am, when usually they make you stand in the cold until 10am. It was lovely to have ejwrank and David for company. We saw the film in Screen 8 which was a decent size for 3D.

Totally not what I was expecting. I thought the story was very clever, and had quite a few twists in it too. The animation was very visual and energetic, all the little details, a city inside the video games machines, were brilliant. It was really entertaining and good fun, and it was heartwarming and cute too. The characters were all likeable. Unfortunately, I was so dog tired this morning, I nearly nodded off a few times at the beginning, so I am not opposed to seeing it again, as there was so much going on, it would probably hold up to a repeat viewing. If you understand video games, you would love it.

I did not find the messages confusing, there are always something that is bad which turns out to be good after all, take caffeine, supposed to be "bad" for you but some studies shows that caffeine can help prevent gallstones; and may reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease (by 31 percent, according to one study). May not be a good example, but I hope you know what I mean. I liked the moral message too, that whatever you do, whether it is lowly or not, it is all important, and we are all important, and not to look down on anyone.

And the short before it, Paper Man, is classic!

possibly worst film i have seen in years.

went in expecting a few giggles, but this mess did not even make me raise a smile.

obviously a fortune spent making film, shame they did not spend 20p on a funny script.

dire.
