Love Is All You Need
Re: Love Is All You Need
We saw this at the Apollo, Piccadilly, which was almost full.
I was pleasantly surprised, a warm-hearted and humorous film with good acting (has anyone seen the female lead in any other film?).
The film could have done with a little bit more editing, and the exaggerated use of sunsets, moons and other cliche-ridden and over-the-top "Typically Sorrento" shots made me wonder whether they got sponsering from the Tourist Board of Torrento.
7/10

Re: Love Is All You Need
Saw this last night at the Omni centre, Edinburgh and went with low expectations as subtitles are not my favourite type of film. However, I rather enjoyed it and had some humour in it and of course the wonderful scenery of Sorrento - made me think of going back on holiday again.
Spolit a bit by the young people behind me who chatted the whole time to each other despite me turning round and giving them a nasty look. 7/10

Re: Love Is All You Need
Actually, I might be odd one out here... but I was almost yawning in the film... Didn't knew that it's not an English movie.. Thanks to James Bond who atleast kept me awake.... :) I wanted to go out, but my wife likes romantic drama.. so I had to stick to my sit...
It was very predictable... By the time story started, you could easily guess what will be ending of it...
I will go with 4/10... from which 2 points are for Pierce Brosnan and 2 are for scenery....

Saw this yesterday at Westfield Stratford City. Had very low expectations so thought it was actually ok. Pretty predictable of course though I guess there was a bit of a twist with the young ones.

Thoroughly enjoyable light entertainment. Most relaxing after a day in the office. Beautiful sceneries. Good advert for Sorrento. 8/10
