Dear Sir/Madam

With all due respect but "sorry you couldn't make it" is not the answer I was expecting. It was not my fault I did not make the screening. If I had been informed of the screening a little earlier than 55 minutes into the film, I would have made it fine! So seeing as me missing this film is entirely due to your late notice, I think the appropriate reaction is to offer me two complimentary vouchers for another film to make up for this lapse in proper customer service.

Kind regards

andrews

There has been a Despicable Me Roadshow touring the country, visiting shopping malls along the way.

On Sunday, it was at the MetroCentre, Gateshead - free screening on Monday.
On Monday, it was at the Trafford Centre, Manchester - free screening Tuesday.
Tuesday - Meadowhall, Sheffield - free screening Wednesday.

Wednesday - Bullring, Birmingham
Thursday - London, Westfield, Shepherd's Bush

I think there may be a pattern here, and that there will be preview screenings in Birmingham and London this week. o/

Don't forget to mention that your time machine was out of order so you couldn't go back in time to watch the movie - you ain't Dr Who no matter how big your own sonic screwdriver is....oh wait.....only use that bit if you're a lad! o/

not sure if they've sent the email to me or everyone (it has the black background like a ticket confirmation)

Please note that the preview of Despicable Me at Cineworld Sheffield is at 3pm as stated on ticket (not 1pm as in email)
