Toy Story 3D
Woody, Buzz and the whole gang are back. As their owner Andy prepares to depart for college, his loyal toys find themselves in daycare where untamed tots with their sticky little fingers do not play nice. So, it's all for one and one for all as they join Barbie's counterpart Ken, a thespian hedgehog named Mr. Pricklepants and a pink, strawberry-scented teddy bear called Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear to plan their great escape.
Running Time 103 minutes (too short I say!)
4 trailers: http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/disney/toystory3/
I have just found out that the premiere is on 18th July, so bevvy had better keep her diary free!
But, be on the lookout everyone - there are also 20 regional premieres at the same time, and I am hoping to go to Middlesbrough!
Here is the full list:
Ashford, Birmingham Broad St, Bury St Edmunds, Cardiff, Castleford, Cheltenham, Chichester, Crawley, Didbury, Ipswich, Middlesbrough, Northampton, Rochester, Sheffield, Yeovil, Eastbourne, Edinburgh, Glasgow Renfrew, Liverpool, Nottingham

Re: Toy Story 3D
I should be excited, but with every clip I get much more fearful that it's going to be a series of middle of the road 'jokes' some dull plot cloying at emotion without earning it and ruining the characters, in hindsight I don't even enjoy the second one much because of these issues, and the first, well, that's perfection they know they cannot beat.
But I'm gonna IMAX it anyway.

Re: Toy Story 3D
As much as I think of Pixar as God of computer animated films since they were making shorts in the 80s, I am having the same feeling as you, having watched the clips. For the first time, I'm a little fearful of Pixar's next offering that may be just a cash in sequel full of nudge nudge wink wink in-jokes and innuendoes. Pixar's weakest film for me so far was Bugs Life and Cars, yet I love them. So wont be too pessimistic about TS3 and I'll be watching this one on its opening week with lower expectations.EthanRunt wrote:I should be excited, but with every clip I get much more fearful that it's going to be a series of middle of the road 'jokes' some dull plot cloying at emotion without earning it and ruining the characters, in hindsight I don't even enjoy the second one much because of these issues, and the first, well, that's perfection they know they cannot beat.

Actually I must admit I find it very irritating when people chat unnecessarily on there. I'm not sure whats so hard to understand about not posting chat on there.don_datta wrote: Those anger management classes going well I see:
Perhaps I should join AM courses too.
