Being in job-hunting mode myself - I've found changing browser can sometimes work for online app issues.
Most work in IE - Firefox & Chrome sometimes aren't catered for.
A even decide to work in Firefox or Chrome if IE doesn't work!

No its something wrong with their website... Others have been complaining about it too...
