I feel like I'm back in the zone now, my head is in gear and my now not so toned gut (it is one I'm afraid and it wasn't before Christmas

Garlic sausage, rocket and tomato sandwich with sweet chilli sauce followed by a weight watchers apricot yoghurt. (350 calories)
Tesco light choices chicken tikka masala and rice (450 calories) as going to see Flight tonight
Cadbury's mint option (50 calories) at bedtime.
