Don't believe you could ever have a jelly belly Diane as you are so slim but I have a Mr Blobby belly now and will have to shift it. Target is for a slim new me by the summer before the next holiday in July!!! Couldn't bear to stand on the scales this morning and see what the damage is so waiting until my usual Friday morning check in the hope that the ironing and cleaning etc. will get rid of some of it. :cross:

brilliant, something I can do in my flat which won't bring the floor down.

3rd week back at body combat. I even managed to go today with my bad ankle, I just marched at the parts I wasn't able to do x

Valda I see you're doing really well logging in and doing your body kombat on my fitness pal! well done you and thanks for your encouragement.

so far i've lost 13lbs but i ate a lot of cake over the weekend and well monday and tuesday too! i have treid to do some form of exercise every day, today has been an awful day im tired, upset and only managed 10 mins on the bike.

i have a 10am apt with the pt at the gym and i'm a bit worried what the scales will say. .... as always i suppose and i don't look forward to the time when weight loss is small i kinda like the big losses but equally i dont want to end up with a heap of saggy skin because i'm impatient!

wish me well!

well done to everyone on their achievements big and small... and remember sometimes you just needed a wee before you got on the scales ;) xxx

hope it went well, sometimes the best days are the ones when you feel low, then you get the the gym and feel all good again.

congrats on the weight loss. I've still not gotten back to where I was when I started so my ticket doesn't update yet :x

Still I'll keep on doing the gym and my classes and wait for the day when I get an actual bit of movement on the ticker vx
