Hi I'm Rachel. I love vintage clothing, the forties and fifties are the eras I prefer, and my taste in films largely reflects this. I enjoy Ealing classics, Powell and Pressburger, my favourite film is A Matter of Life and Death, and pretty much anything by Hitchcock, although Frenzy makes my flesh creep! I also love sci fi and am a little bit of a Trekkie ;-) I'm really looking forward to my first cinema freebie.

I am Jonathan and am living in London. I have just moved here with my wife from Philadelphia, USA. We just took a trip to Berlin and stumbled upon the Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2 world Premiere. It was quite the elaborate set-up outside the theatre but we were able to get a nice view of all the festivities. We didn't meet any of the actors, but got awfully close.

In the US I often found myself with free pass to various movies and am hoping to do the sake here in the UK.

Hi - I'm a bit of an oldie as I'll never again have a birthday cake with 'legs eleven' candles on it - but that doesn't mean I (and my wife) don't enjoy today's movies. Also the cinema complexes today are such a far cry from the ones available in our childhood and teenage years!

We have recently seen 'Steve Jobs' and 'The Lady in a Van' courtesy of the Daily Telegraph's free film previews in Manchester.

The reason for joining FMUK is in the hope that we may be able to find details of future previews more easily.

I'm back after my account locked out, haven't been to any films lately though, got some free Odeon guest passes to use so may use them for Star Wars next month!
