i had only had 500 calories all day before then, but still i'm pretty sure it was very naughty.

i've also not done exercise today, a bit of a walk around a few shops but nothing else.

please someone give me motivation to do better this weekend!
One curry won't ruin it for you so let that be your treat day and I hope that you enjoyed it. Right we will support each other and we have to do 2 different types of exercise this weekend, I know that it's too slippy to do a walk so it will have to be my exercise dvd one day and 2 of greece's workouts the other. Looking forward to hearing which workouts you are going to be doing.

I have just been reading the posts I missed while away and see a some new people now joining in which is great - but what has happened to Preston - still no sign of him and his bike adventures.
I know and he did say that he will be back as we miss him. I'm guessing that from the workouts that I have been doing from the links on here we have a lot young ones on here as it's not only the first time that I've ever done a booty work out but it's also the first time that I've ever done anything with booty in the title
As you know I just walk and swim and cut down on carbs to lose weight and keep my blood sugar levels low. I am not into workingout from a DVD. But my bum is more like a "butty" than a "booty" - why do I always think about food!! :noo:

and the same as you once - the girl in the blue 2 piece puts no effort in whatsoever so must naturally have that body, there's Tiffany energising us and she's just going through the motions. Very hot now and OH wants to watch TV - only the cats are allowed in as the family get too emotional when they see me exercise - crying with laughter I'm afraid :bwl:

I so envy her lol, Im going to to a booty workout now before my bf wakes up :)
ur family will soon get used to seeing you work out and they will soon encourage you not to stop, that happens with me, if my bf sees that Im still in bed he will PUSH me out of it and say: come on fatty wake up and then he will get back to sleep xD

Hi guys, had a Indian meal out last night, very yummy and thoroughly enjoyed o/

I told myself that if i'm going to have calories i should at least enjoy them and eat a healthy breakfast and salad for lunch.

Today i'm back to eating healthy and just about to take Charlie out for a good walk.

Hope you are all having a good day x

Well done 2 Tiffany workouts, had the last 2 days off and will start active on my kinect tomorrow eek. I have a 30 min low impact toning workout already programmed as my kneees are crap. Hopefully that with a Tiffany workout or two on my rest days will get the flab off :) I have a 2 week cruise in the summer and I don't want to be harpooned when I arrive in the Norwegian fjords lol
