Menu of the day:
Smoothie with raspberries and a banana (300 calories)
Ham salad sandwich followed by a plum and a kiwi (300 calories)
Moviemann's chicken curry and I already have all the spices in apart from fenugreek which is good as it can cost an arm and a leg if you have to b*y them all at once with basmati rice but would really like peshwari naan but know that there is no way I could just eat half (450 calories per naan 8O ) and I'm unsure re calories in the curry but doesn't seem too bad as yoghurt based rather than cream.

What is everyone else up to today both eating and exercise wise and anything else for that matter?

Ahh you dont really need the fenugreek as its more like a garnish anyway and if you dont want to feel bad about having naan with it then you can always have wholemeal pitta bread, its goes lovely with curries and you get the wholegrains into your diet too , for me its not even a healthier alternative to naan as i actually prefer the taste of the wholemeal pittas,

you can also make a nice raita to go with it too which will be just yoghurt mixed with diced cucumber diced tomatoes and diced onions , you can add any leftover corainder into it too and also a tiny pinch of sugar (if you want )

happy cooking and enjoy ! ill be posting my routine now

It was the booty one, the bikini abs and another with a yoga mat using it to stretch arms and inner thighs so 30 mins all up.
My DD had an audition for a part in a play running in Glasgow at the end of May. She has been poorly the last couple of days but still wanted to go bless her. Should hear next week sometime as all the auditions are today. Apart from that the food shop and then a quiet afternoon and evening phew!

Those girls are so body confident doing it in their bikini's and it's good that we can always fit in one of these even when time is limited, I haven't seen the inner thigh one. Good luck to your DD o/

It was absolutely delicious so a big thank you to moviemann and I did b*y the fenugreek. I love the frozen ginger and garlic, I had never heard of it before and what a doddle to use they just look like pieces of fudge plus they are brilliant value for a £1 o/

Got a bit carried away with my decluttering (well thinning out of books to take to the charity shop) of cupboards and didn't do a work out yesterday but did loads of cleaning  I will do a couple tonight.
Having porridge just now and will be healthy throughout the rest of the day.

What is everyone else doing today? Have fun o/
