1lb a week off will do me just fine! :)
Absolutely perfect well done John Milton o/

I will eat healthily today but it will be a rest day as working 8am until 7.30pm so will be 8.30pm before I finish my dinner. I love my city breaks/trips so have to work the hours to fund it which I'm more than happy to do. :D

I forgot to mention the sweet potato as a jacket is just delicious - why on earth it has taken me nearly 50 years to try it is beyond me? I eat it as a veg so why not as a jacket

That's a hellish sounding day, Diane! However, if you've got your heart set on a wee getaway, soldier through!

Food wise, I've done quite well this week but a quick pint in the pub after work last night turned into five or six... no idea how I still ma aged to drop weight after last night's excess! :D

hmm, Diane, potatoes shouldnt be treated as a veg, treat it as a complex carb along with rice and pasta. So balance your protein, carbs and fats accordingly with that in mind. Eg 40,30,30% :)

I've always got my heart set on a wee break so well worth the effort working the extra hours.

Hope you enjoyed your night out even if your friends did lead you astray.

Myself and another flab fighter went for a two hour walk yesterday. To even things up a bit, I stuck on a 30lb backpack. Suffering today! :X

Wow! You guys are truly inspirational and I clearly have a lot to learn from you all!

This weekend my half marathon training was hampered by a cold. That said I did 4.5 miles this morning before it got to hot.

Looking forward to hear from you all some more :)

My goodness you 2 men are certainly determined. You both need a good rest so sit back and get your feet up.

I have eaten healthily today but I'm afraid to say haven't done any exercise at all even though I've been up since 7am as I got carried away painting my gates which took forever but pleased that they are done. The painting isn't much exercise as its metal work so you don't move much but the getting rid of the rust with a wire brush before hand may count  I will get back into it as I've no excuse
