Looks like the SFF tickets for GnR at Manchester have been released. I have a feeling the London tickets will appear on the 30th, so I would appreciate if someone can get me 4 (or 2 if that's the max) tickets if they are not planning to go but manage to be around. Hopefully i'll be online when and if the tickets appear. :)

The Sunshine Boys @ The Savoy was such a pleasure to watch.

Danny Devito / Richard Griffiths were faultless. (Can't think of anybody as good as Danny to play this role) The script was ace. There were loads of laughs all along the way.

Standing Ovation @ the end and a few claps along the way!!!

Loved
the seductive nurse, Black Nurse carer, funny words with a K in them, Danny also made me laugh by just his actions
I collected my tickets just after 6pm and got roughly the middle stalls area, glad the air con was working!

Special thanks for the heads-up to cliveas.

We were there last night as well and thought it was excellent. Richard Griffiths seemed a little held back by his accent in the first half but was in full flow by the second act.

So pleased to have got tickets.
Preferred cinemas:
Central London and North London as far north as the Hampstead Everyman including Picturehouse Hackney/Notting Hill Gate - but not Wood Green and North Finchley as they are just a bit too far.

We have tickets for Sunshine Boys on Wednesday, but I'm a bit confused about the starting time. The ticket says 18:30, but I'm pretty sure it's 19:30. I sent an email to SFF to confirm, but no reply. Any clarification is much appreciated :)

Show starts at 7.30 but you can probably pick your tickets up from 6.30 - we went the other week and got tickets round then and then got food at GBK round the corner.

Saw the Sunshine Boys Saturday matinee, got seats in the third row stalls, fantastic view (especially of the nurse :D ). Danny DeVito was hilarious, just his face was making me laugh. May not be the most intellectually challenging performance you are going to see, but this play can't be beaten for good old fashioned humour.

Standing ovation at the end, and as far as I could see everyone in the 100% full theatre enjoyed it every bit as much as my wife and I did...... thoroughly recommended !

The nurse was a particular highlight. I felt they could have used her character more :-p
