Haaa haaaaaaa :D :D SunnyS, i'm going to be posting some tips and tricks later to celebrate your return back from your holidays :D
Don't think that just because I was on holiday, I didn't notice that you had not posted. I checked in while I was away, I just didn't comment as I only had limited free wi-fi.

PS what's the tip for burnt pans??? I was just trying to think of it!

Ahh I did post on Friday night :) and have just posted more just now too, at this rate I risk running out of tips! 8O :D

Have you just burnt your pan??????? Oh gosh :D there's a few ways to deal with that I can't remember the exact one I posted but here's one

Put a good handful of washing powder and about half a cupful of vinegar in the pan and add water. Cover it with a lid or foil, bring it slowly to the boil and simmer for a while. Leave to soak, then wash as usual.

Hope that helps!

Ok Diane, it's Tuesday!! How are you doing?
Week 21 for me and sitting at just over half a lb above my target that I started at the end of January with. Went to Sainsburys yesterday so got some yummy mushroom pate. Have you tried that Diane? Only 88 calories per half pot and it is delicious ( if you like mushrooms lol) so just had that with ryvita for breakfast and probably have more for lunch as I'm a bit addicted and nobody else in the house eats mushrooms. Still not drinking enough water so going to try and up that today.

Will make not of that tip MM ;)

I'm doing good thanks and just half a lb is brilliant so well done. My metabolic rate was certainly speeding up after the curry on the second night, I could almost feel my heart going on overtime  We must lead parallel lives as I have just b*ght Tesco's mushroom pate so will be having that for lunch for the next 2 days. I'm going out for a meal/meeting (its work related discussing agendas for the next 12 months) tonight so will have to choose the healthiest options I can and try not to eat cake if I'm losing the will to live :cross:

I'm ashamed to say that I had a pannacotta last night :nono:  I had eaten eat before I thought about it which is worse as its mindless eating.

Menu of the day:
Milkshake with banana and strawberries (300 calories)
Ryvita with mushroom pate followed by a yoghurt (350 calories)
Taco with mixed beans, salsa and a side salad followed by a large pear (400 calories)

I will be going for a 4 mile walk tonight as now DD has finished her A levels she does all the housework when she's off so apart from cooking a meal when I get in from work I'm free (unless I'm working late) every evening and weekend until September :cheer:

What are you having to eat today Moggers and everyone else?

Keep going Mogz, you will break this last barrier so long as you don't lose it, don't get disheartened, it's the last and most difficult step now, so give a good push and get to your goal!!!! Your nearly there!!!!
