By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
This promotion is open to all UK residents aged over 18 years (except for employees, and their families, of the Promoter and their group of companies).
Only one entry per person and an entrant cannot enter on behalf of someone else. The Promoter reserves the right to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of an entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
To enter this promotion, you will have to submit the required info on the entry form provided and agree to be contacted by the Promoter’s group of companies with special offers and information.
The promotion opens on Friday 11th May and closes at 17:00 on
Thursday 7th June (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the
Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter.
Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the
Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
2 winners will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified on the phone number they provided by 17th June and the prize will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail account provided on entry. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
If the Promoter does not receive confirmation from a winner within a week that they accept the prize, the draw will be redrawn.
Each prize consists of 2 voucher codes; each code entitles the holder to a 12-month unlimited cinema pass ("Unlimited Card") valid from the date which the card is issued. The Unlimited Card is valid in all Cineworld cinemas excluding the Chelsea, Fulham Road, Haymarket and Shaftesbury Avenue cinemas.
The Unlimited Card is only available to persons aged 18 and above and is non-transferable.
The voucher codes supplied by the Promoter can be redeemed at any Cineworld cinema. To redeem the voucher codes on-line (via https://www.unlimitedcineworld.com/uk), winners will need to contact Cineworld Customer Services on 0844 8157747 who can provide voucher codes that may be used for on-line applications.
Unlimited Card applicants are required to agree to the Cineworld Terms and Conditions of use, available via https:// http://www.cineworld.co.uk/internal/unlimited/terms
Cineworld reserve the right to decline all or part of an application for an Unlimited Card for any reason, in which case Cineworld will notify applicants as soon as practicable. The Promoter will not offer a substitute prize in the event that any application is declined.
The Unlimited Card allows the holder access to all included cinemas, every day of the week for one seat for any film screening open to the public, subject to availability. Booking conditions and restrictions apply; see the Cineworld Unlimited Card terms and conditions of use for details.
The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this promotion.
Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner.
