Rubbish you're trim I don't know how as you don't share your sweets :giggle:

I don't think that my body is capable of any exercise today after yesterdays mammoth sort out and all my trips to the tip. I'm not using it as an excuse but my arms were aching just drying my hair this morning :X

Menu of the day:
Branflakes with a banana (300 calories)
Poached egg on toast (200 or 400 calories) depending on whether 1 or 2 eggs as maybe having a late lunch.
Dinner depends on how much lunch I have.

I know I have a lot of depends today but waiting for people to pick up things before I do my food shop so unsure what time I'm going. What is everyone else doing today? Have a good day o/

Well done Diane!!! Woohoo!
Logged in to my fitness pal and it didn't blow up lol. I've upped my calorie intake to 1300 on non exercise days as I'm not on the mission I was before the holidays. I'm 200g or 1/2 lb over my goal weight but I've decided to try and lose 6.3 kg to bring my bmi down from 25 which it is at the moment. No goal date as yet but thinking the end of september ish lol

Saw an article recently in the Times about the the 7 minute workout and was wandering what peeps thought of it? I tried some of the exercises and they seem pretty tough as it's compacted into 7 minutes with only 10 second break between exercises.

Here's the link to part of the article http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/magazine/ ... 817086.ece (you need to be a subscriber to see the full article) but apparently there are apps for smartphones already available.

Thoughts?

Looks good shame I'm not a subscriber and it is Tracey Andersons DVD that I do and it really does work (even more so if I was doing it as often as I should  ). Thanks for the link o/

Well done you I'm impressed. o/

I worked very long hours yesterday and today so my diet has been rubbish having cereal bars and bananas and not allowing anytime to eat :nono: so by the time I get in I'm ravenous and too late to eat  :wall: :nono: Just doing normal hours for the next 2 days so have time to eat and exercise o/ It is my own stupid fault as I choose to work the long hours so I can save quicker then get annoyed with myself for skipping meals and no time to exercise. Moan over ;)
