Ha, so you are not Roskva Ragnarsdottir after all then! :(

.....and there was me comparing her photo on the Glasgow Viking website with your Come Round photo, to see if I could work out which one of the group was you.

I voted for you by the way - good luck! :cross: :D

Started out with a not so bad breakfast - although it was at lunch time - 0 fat yoghurt, 4 strawberries, 1 small banana, granola.

lets see where the rest of the day takes me.

i'm considering hypnotherapy, well i'm looking into it any way. has anyone tried this or considered it?

Been away up north on the break that I won on Facebook. Eaten far too much - well it was free!! What a surprise to see Preston back on here! Welcome back - missed your cheeky posts.

Some days for me there just seems to be no filling me and I eat and eat and then regret it later 8O . Other days (not many recently ) I can be really good but the bad days cancel out all the good days unfortunately.

Must get back on track while the weather is still reasonably good as cold winter days make you eat even more.

Don't be so hard on yourself aruif you are doing good and as Moggers says improving on yesterday.

Welcome back Biggins. Your break sounds lovely and like myself we like to enjoy our meals out - me way too much hence I can't get rid of these newly acquired 6lbs!!! As I've got a busy 4 weeks ahead I really really have to get a grip (I've said that many times before).

Right gorgeous people we will have tight and toned bodies if we all work together and drive each other on. Please feel free to nag me if I go off the rails as yesterday I resorted to a McDonalds chicken meal with strawberry milkshake after a very stressful day.

I think that you are doing great Aruif!! A bit of chocky and some ice cream is perfectly in order after a gym visit!

I'm Lovin' it 8O .....but actually I can't say too much, because tonight (as a snack) I singlehandedly finished off an entire packet of Waitrose (ready to eat) Succulent Cumberland cocktail sausages rated at 884 kcal. And that was after my main meal of Cod fishcakes with broccoli (650 kcal). :wall:

Ahh, Thanks Ms T! :D

Yes I'm back, as large as life! .........well actually, I'm quite a bit larger now! :P

My problem is in the evenings when I'm sitting around doing nothing in particular, I get it in my head that I'm hungry (it's boredom really) and I go for a bit of a spoach in the kitchen.

I am starting to interpret the phrase "Ready to Eat" on the food packets, as not so much a statement of fact, but more of a question these days. I find myself inwardly replying "Well actually, now that you've asked, Yes I am!!" Within moments I have succumbed to the temptation and then I feel ridiculously angry with myself for my lack of control. :wall:

I'm going to try to post my meal plans at the start of the day (à la Ace Slimmer Diane) in the hope that if they are written down beforehand I may actually stick to them. Who knows - it could work!! I do hope so!!

I've updated my old tracker to show my current weight but to be honest I don't think that's enough. I'm going to start a brand new one, which will show my current weight as the starting point, rather than having it part way along the timescale. In that way, my (modest) successes of the past, will not confuse my downslide months (while I was away), and mask my current progress (or lack of it).

Hopefully the fresh start will provide a new incentive to make better progress, and show that progress (if any) in a more visible way......Well, it's a plan! - Ha, We'll see!!

Oh yes - and I'm going to "fill up" by drinking lots more water and I will try and limit my free delicious Waitrose cappuccinos. You are only supposed to get one free a day, but some days I get one in the morning and :shifty: another one in the evening. 8O

Those calories add up!! o/

I hope that everyone on here manages to stick to healthy food and stays away from the worst temptations. But if you do stray - just remember that we all need treats from time to time. Don't beat yourselves up - just enjoy what you've had, then start to be good once again. It's a long term game that were in here - with three stone to lose now, mine could be longer than most!! :tears: o/
