Yeh the brushes appear to be the same but it is clear that this is a freebie, limited edition thingy, not one you'd be able to p*rchase in a shop. Would you like to have my coke?

I've been having to p*y to get a Standard in Croydon for some time but that's the only way I can ever see one at all now, except on days when I go to central London, where it's still free. I don't know where the dividing line is but in Richmond on Thursday it was free.
This is what really annoys me about their decision to go "free" but then drastically reduce the circulation area - I was quite happy to continue p*ying for it because at least that way I could still see a copy and you could get them right out on the coast. Now it seems they're creeping back to the old system of charging, but without extending the coverage to match.
What next? Charging for Metro?

It used to be free in Croydon and then they decided to charge . Not sure why it's free really
