Thats what often happens when you depend on a third party agent to resolve issues, can be infuriating because as I suspect in Beate's case she has no account information and BT will never speak to any unauthorised caller.

Fancy that. An engineer finally arrived and got it to work almost straight away. Now why did they not send someone yesterday? Complaints are in order methinks!

Yes, I wasn't in charge yesterday. But I rang them every half hour today. They are supposed to sort this for us, whether it's at our end or BT's. Shoddy customer service.
