It also wasn't a f**king 121. A 121 is 1 person with another person on a 1 on 1 basis. It was 2 seniors and myself. They should have called it 2-1. Would have been a much better description.

Or when you work in your own time until early hours in the morning using your own resources.
Even better, when you're one minute late to work, you're threatened of disciplinary action and must stay back that one minute after work otherwise the world will end but when you work an hour over your agreed time, somehow it manages to go unnoticed and you don't get that time back.

I wish I didn't have to return to work. Went there today and thought maybe I could take a career break after the year is up!

I so identify with that one especially this week! On monday I was in an hour early and worked two hours at home in the evening. Yesterday I was in an hour early and left the office 2 and a half hours late. This morning I didn't answer my phone immediately at 9.00 and I got a sh***y email saying where was I. I was at my desk checking voicemail even though I don't start til 9.00 anyway!
Not a happy bunny about it and have made my feelings known - a definite chill in the atmosphere today and I can't wait to finish at 3.00. No matter what comes up I am walking out the door on the dot...........
