Ditto for me! It is such a treat to go to a premiere and see/meet the stars.

My third premiere this week and none of the wins were mine, I was someone's +1 each time. :D

I just heard on the Channel4 news that the Aardman animation team may have to relocate Wallace & Gromit production abroad due to high UK costs.

Haha, yes! I felt a bit sad I didn't have a Santa hat to wear for the occasion but I did have a reindeer hoodie on :D

As for the movie: loved it! Great characters (my favourite was Arthur with his over the top reindeer slippers, that I may envy him for, and his unconditional love for Christmas and the Christmas spirit), clever explanations for all the questions children ask (How does Santa bring all the children presents in just one night? How does he go down the chimney? Doesn't he age? Etc.), a sweet story and very, very funny. The animation was fantastic too, though my only complaint lays with the 3D as per usual it added depth and detail to the movie but little else (nothing truly came out of the screen as if it were genuinely three dimensional).

9.5/10
