There's some serious effort being expended and some great results emerging.
Well done to all of you but special congratulations to Stone Monkey for the weightloss, exercise regime and for signing up for that 10k race; to Biggins for braving the outdoor swiming pool and achieving that well deserved weightloss result this week; to Baty for the continuing exercises and healthy eating menus; to Moggers for the 5k plans; and to MrG for undertaking so much sport and for passing on his great tips and advice about healthy eating and training. My own performance on the healthy eating and exercise fronts has been very lacklustre this week
Needless to say I've ended up putting a pound on this week, but I've kind of deserved it so I'll just put it behind me and try and be better next week.
