I don't do fish but a noodle dish sounds good. Got up early and did my Tracey Anderson DVD before work had porridge for breakfast and another portion of tomato, butternut squash, red pepper and spinach soup so far 600 calories and heading off shortly for my Thai meal.

Hope that everyone else is being good o/ Keep posting and supporting each other o/

No appetite so not a healthy day. Had to just sit around and take things easy. Hope to be better by thursday, then I can start again.

Very envious of your Thai restaurant Diane65

I really feel for you Baty and do hope that you start to feel better very soon. The meal was delicious but very odd as we were the only 2 customers all night

Wishing you the best, baty and hope you get your medication sorted out and you are soon feeling lots better. Forget about the fitness regime and just concentrate on getting well. We're all thinking of you.

Hope you're starting to feel a bit better baty. Where is everyone else?

I'm only working this morning as got lieu time (plus a couple of hours this evening) as going to my friends for lunch today and she is a very good cook  but we are going walking in the hills after so should balance itself out :cross: got wellies along with old walking boots as very muddy at the moment but we will do it no matter what the weather is like. Had Belvita for breakfast as was searching for my wellies in the garage hence eating on the go and I will have a light dinner tonight.

Have a fun day everybody o/

Thanks everyone, still feeling like I left my brain somewhere and still scratching, was hoping that would stop! The good news was that I have lost weight....but will not put that into the ometer as I know it is a false reading.

Cwtching down on the sofa today watching the Olympics

Keep up the good work everyone o/

So sorry to hear that you are not getting any better. Have you got someone to look after you?

It was way too windy to walk up the hills today - I am robust but as we have a red weather warning it would be stupid to even attempt it as it was scary enough driving on the motorway 8O

Hi all,

Hope you feel better soon Baty. Good plan Diane65, hilltops can be mad even in lighter winds. We had a fair bit of rain today which stopped me going out exercising. I had planned a mad near 1/2 marathon jog through on of Edinburgh's beauty spots - The Water of Leith. But waking up to freezing temps, rain and feeling slightly worn out from Monday's jog I chickened out :-( I have just prepared my things for an early start tomorrow and hopefully I have the motivation to go then :-) Thats been two days with no exercise - I'll be struggling to lose anything this week - especially as I've been eating a little extra for exercise days :-) :-( :-)

Purchased a Cineworld Card, so I'm seeing a lot less free films as i am not travelling as far to see them.

A chilly day but forced myself out for that jog/run today. Did 13.4 miles in 2:23:08 - extremely happy is not the word. Since getting home I've just had a giant plate of chilli and brown rice - it was tasty but I may p*y for it in the morning when I do my weigh in - I've maybe eaten to much and not done enough exercise this week - but time will tell....
