Yes Diane I confess that I was/am stir crazy. Others may say that I was like this before my injury!! Things just don't seem to be improving now... Poor OH has had me limpet style today.

Hope you have a fab holiday, you always seem so busy, Hope you slow down enough to enjoy.

Afraid the meals were all to pot as OH is on Mexican time..... well that's my excuse
brekkie tea and toast
tea for lunch
steak and chips + 1 larger for dinner/supper

Have done my exercises to make up for the excess, OH was impressed :)

Sorry that your injury is taking so long to show signs of improvement. My heart really does go out to you as I know I would struggle to stay in for 1 day if I felt well - If you feel poorly you feel like resting but with an injury you don't necessarily feel ill.

I'm going for coffee and cakes straight from work (treat day) then onto the hospital to visit a friend so won't get home until about 8.30pm but it's a massive hospital so will do a bit of walking trying to find the ward. Have a meeting about restructuring this morning :noo: so will leave my car at the clinic and walk the 15 minutes there and back so adding in a bit of exercise there.
I do relax on holiday - I still do a lot but that for me is relaxing and planning on having a hamman :D

Just noticed my spelling mistake and it was indeed one lager , a large one----- duh

Going straight to brunch today - tea & fry up
Unsure of dinner will report back
This will be my treat week, as OH makes up for leaving me alone for 4 weeks so I'm just a tad guilty of over imbibing.

Wotcha Weight Watchers! :D

I haven't posted on here for ages and haven't done any real dieting or exercise for even longer, but I do dib in occasionally to keep abreast of all your news. Sorry to hear that you are still not properly better Baty. Hope you start to make some improvement now that OH is back from Mexico. Make sure that you allow yourself to be Fully pampered during your recovery. o/

I am broadly managing to at least maintain my weight by not being too outrageous with my food intake. To be honest though I'm not really doing anything to actively reduce it. I'm stuck in the "one pound on one week, one pound off the next week" vortex at the moment. I'm hoping that if we see some good weather I'll get back into the cycling thing which has always helped - but at the moment sadly I really can't be bothered. :nono:

Today I weigh one pound less than I did last week - see what I mean :wall:

Be good everyone. I'm John Lewising with Mrs P tomorrow. Free luxury hot chocolate and coffee cake  Mmmm... what's not to like!!

Oh yes, Belated Happy Birthday to the lovely Diane. Hope you had a fantastic day and Caked Out to the Max!! :D

Always great to see you back, Preston1990. Enjoy the JL cake and hot choc -- obviously a belated celebration of Diane's b-day!

Hi folks,

I hope everyone is doing well :D

Lost 2lbs this week - taking me to 14 stone on the nose :D Checked my BMI - 25 and Body Fat Percentage - 20% both have just dropped into the healthy range for the first time in years :D

Went to JL for coffee and cake yesterday - the carrot cake was not very nice as someone did say - I wish I had listened :tears:

Been feeling awful for days and may have blown a module in my OU course as I never got the work completed :wall: I shall try to face the music tomorrow and see if I can salvage anything as I can't face it tonight :tears:

Got to feel better by tomorrow as I am taking part in the Resolution Run in Edinburgh - nothing like a little 10k run to wake you up on a Sunday Morning  Had a sore foot so done no running for over a week so I'll hopefully make the distance tomorrow. If i do make it under 1 hour would be amazing - but i think thats doubtful - it looks like a finish would be good if the pain kicks in :tears:

No back pain since it went away about two weeks ago o/ o/ o/

Bye for now everyone. Enjoy the rest of your weekend :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

0 freebies coming up, seen 26 previews, seen 12 non-previews so far - yippee...pa*d for 8 - Hubble 3D 5.50, Non-stop 6.60, Transcendence 6.60, The Amazing Spiderman II 3D 7.38, Love Punch 5.94, Locke 5.31, The other woman 5.94, The monuments men 5.31 and cancelled another 5 for various reasons. Purchased a Cineworld Card, so I'm seeing a lot less free films as i am not travelling as far to see them.

Best of luck stone_monkey in the run. Hope you manage that and also that you can sort out your module with the OU. Tell them you've been unwell and hope they are sympathetic.
