I believe you did mention that back in July 2012, Diane.........Just around the time that Barry Westwood started his litigation against you for defamation of character, if I remember rightly

Been trying to walk more more heel totoe but Iit wipes me out. To top it all my temporary cap has come off my tooth a nd I have no chance of getting to my ddentist till after june 9th! I look like a trainie vampire! My OH is helping me work out how to talk to people without frightening them.

Re: Weight Watchers
Hope you finally get the results for your foot after all this time and sorry about the tooth. I've just had a chicken curry a la Solace style with a very fresh adaptation of adding lemon yogurt instead of just natural yogurt then 10 minutes before the end of cooking I added fenugreek and tons of quartered tomatoes and just before serving for the last couple of minutes thinly sliced lemon to add to the superclean taste. It was delicious and it is Solace's recipe wow that gentleman should be a chef. Preston1990 you would love making this too and soft for your tooth baty.

Re: Weight Watchers
I shouldn't have eaten the free popcorn at the Phones4U pop up cinema earlier, but I did, and I'm not sorry.
I had a guilt free lunch and girly natter with a wonderful friend and I've been celebrating anyway.
1 1/4 stone!
If I've gained half a pound, so what. It's only temporary. Back to the gym soon!
You lot are really helping to keep me motivated, I wish it worked the other way round. As Diane65 says, when you go quiet, you've been eating things you don't want to talk about! Come on, I do not want to be the only one flaunting it this summer. Let's all get hot together.
Sorry to hear about your health troubles, Preston1990 and baty. If there's anything we can do to support you better, just shout. Although I suspect Diane65 will bagsy good cop, which means I'll have to dish out tough love...
Ughh. Goes back to my teaching days. I am gooood at shouting.
Another week... Let's do this!

If you were drenched then all that excess water must have added an extra 5lb, so I reckon that's 15lb you've lost.valda wrote:... got absolutley drenched but lost 6.5 ls lostbsso that's my first 10lb

Re: Weight Watchers
The last time I drank this much wine and ate this much bread and cheese, I was living in France. I totally blame c_t and LCN for being a bad influence.
In other news, I've finished my first month at the gym! I'm re-signing up this weekend for actual money. Is it time to start including 'going to the gym' as a genuine hobby?
You keep going quiet. Do check in re how you're doing. Even if it's just to admit eating all the bread and cheese.

Re: Weight Watchers
Had a bit of a tummy upset over the last 2 days. Have to be careful now of eating anything solid. I am looking for a silver lining..... as in any weight loss.
Well done Valda on your weight loss. Asamaic, you've really taken to the gym and exercise, fantastic.
