Ah crap, thanks for letting me know! I honestly cannot keep track of this anymore as I tried to book tickets with a non-invited account to check if it was open and it worked just fine

Always worth posting, not all accounts that are invited actually get the email.canadian_turtle wrote:Ah crap, thanks for letting me know! I honestly cannot keep track of this anymore as I tried to book tickets with a non-invited account to check if it was open and it worked just fine

I do have a VIP account yes, I find it's worth it for the theatre shows that come up every once in a while (thought not much this year compared to previous ones).

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
Didn't have time to post yesterday (got back home just before midnight) but had a fantastic time at the Muse (mini) concert.
Managed to get into the cordoned off front section so had a great view and overall it was well worth the time spent queueing/waiting around for the show to get started

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
Well, I'm glad I saw The West End Men again, but I have to admit the energy wasn't as good as it was on Saturday afternoon. Lee's singing was cut further, and an announcement was made before the show - he is suffering from laryngitis, bless him. He's not the best singer anyway, just the most well known, but the fact he wasn't well seemed to really affect the mood of the other three, and the MD too. Still technically very strong, but the spark just wasn't there. Shame. I suspect they're all worried about ticket sales - the reviews so far have not been kind.

That is the reason I'm thinking about joining, sent an e-mail to them, waiting to see if they have places? Oh, what I wouldn't give to see the West End Men now...canadian_turtle wrote:I do have a VIP account yes, I find it's worth it for the theatre shows that come up every once in a while (thought not much this year compared to previous ones).

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
Just be aware that joining a a VIP does nt automatically mean you'll be able to book for this. Most of the recent West End Men codes were NOT VIP. They were invited guest list only, but that is not the same (instead it's probably based on location/age group/previous bookings/etc). Some non-VIP members were able to book and some VIP members were not.Shasha wrote:That is the reason I'm thinking about joining, sent an e-mail to them, waiting to see if they have places?
