To all those Londoners who like fringe theatre... I'm pleased to report The Rose at Bankside is delightfully cool. Macbeth isn't bad, but the main thing is, it's a fringe venue in which you won't die from the heat, an important consideration at the moment...

There was a real scrum to get them as Rod was kicking them out! It was so funny to watch. Some people must have obviously been thinking kerching!
Rod promised 2 hours of fun and surprises and he delivered. A very enjoyable concert with lots of people singing along.

Went to Hyde Park Friday for Barclaycard BST - Free Friday (after Elton John's cancellation)
Got their around 5.30pm and caught Gabrielle Aplin, Elvis Costello and Ray Davies on the main stage
Gabrielle Aplin for me is one of those artists who is Good but currently exists in a saturated female solo singer market. Best song she did was a cover of Go Your Own Way (Fleetwood Mac)
Star of the night was Elvis Costello. One of the most underated artists who should have been a megastar. He knew what the "festival" audience wanted and gave us it. A Greatest Hits set where the stand out for me was Red Shoes and I Dont wanna Go to Chelsea
We managed to get close to the front of the stage and the atmosphere was great !
Ray Davies headlined. A great songwriter but never the Greatest Singer....Highlight of his performance was Sunny Afternoon
A great overall evening in great weather

A little help please?- Katherine Jenkins Tatton Park Concert
Has anyone got free tickets to Katherine Jenkins Tatton Park Picnic Concert or has someone been to a Tatton Park Picnic Concert with free ShowFilmFirst tickets in the past?
I managed to get some tickets from ShowFilmFirst but I don't know where the box office is for Tatton Park to collect the tickets (it says on the email to collect them between 2pm & 4pm but that's all the info it gives!) Anyone else know?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Took My Nieces aged 4 & 7 too see Brainiac Live at the Palace Theatre. They loved it and want it go again. I thought it was quite good for kids. I wouldn't want too go again though. Well worth a trip too keep the kids entertained over the holidays if more codes come up .
