We just went to see this today, and I was sceptical going in because I actually hated the first hangover. This film is a carbon copy of the first film, and i actually found myself quite bored.

Thanks everyone for sharing your views on the Hangover sequel. I enjoyed the first one and was looking forward to seeing part II. However, having read the review that Beate posted and your comments I think I will give it a miss (unless some free screenings suddenly materialise of course :p )

Both the Metro and the Evening Standard give two star reviews as well. I could probably find them online if I was bothered enough.

Mark Kermode thinks its one of the worst ever sequels, exorcist 2 being the very worst.

Its scoring 33% on Rottentomoatoes from a 160 critic reviews though. Its low but 55 popular critics still enjoyed it, so those of you who were wanting to see this, dont let the critics make up your own mind, you might be one of the few that digs the movie.

Having said all that, this film looks real crap!

Well I saw this without reading any reviews. No surprise Kermode hated it as he hated the first one.

I must admit, it was outrageous and a copy of the first, but that's what I expected and I enjoyed it. Difficult review to write but I explain myself here: http://moviefilmreviews.wordpress.com/2 ... -part-two/
