I also just got a response from Curzon Millbank similar to the one posted by soonforgotten-- here it is--

Dear Esther,

Thank you for both of your emails, and I'm sorry that you have not yet received a reply to your initial comments.

I am aware of the limited legroom in the auditorium, and I'm sorry if this spoilt your experience at Millbank. We are currently working towards removing some rows to provide more space between seats. There is a slope to the floor, but being close to the next row it perhaps does not seem like it. I have also set up the projector to ensure that the picture is not obscured while we wait for the changes to the seating to occur, but will check that this is sufficient.
I'm surprised that the screening room was cold on Friday. I myself was managing and was checking regularly to make sure it was comfortable, so I'm again very sorry if I got it wrong on this occasion. If you ever feel the temperature is not to your liking, please do not hesitate to tell a member of staff and we can put it right.
I'm sorry also that you found the sound quality poor. An engineer has been called to look into this and make sure that the sound is correct. As a new site there is much work to be done to make it the experience you expect at Curzon. There are also occasional teething problems which I am working hard to resolve as soon as I'm made aware of them.

Thank you very much for your comments, it is always good to receive feedback, but even more so when we are just beginning and the opinions of our customers count for even more. All your comments have been taken on board, and rest assured that I am working hard to make Curzon Millbank a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I do hope you will return and see the improvements.

With kind regards,

Matt Clark

Curzon Millbank

No free tickets offered but I must say I won't hurry back to check the improvements. What a fiasco for a brand spanking new cinema!
