elski posted already last night.
I got so excited when I found the code in the paper, came to work, logged in facebook "you have already used that code" boo hooo
Be careful I got deducted an hour because I tried one I'd already used last night (think I tried the westfield one that had run out in case they added extra hours) maybe it's because I'd got three wrong or duplicates yesterday so they don't have to be the same one 3 times to get penalised. :tears:

So now I've got all the codes I've used written down to have a quick double check before putting them in.

When I put it in, it appears in a drop down menu for me of things already written in that box before, so I didn't go through with it.

Problem is 4music putting out the same codes from days ago is going to trick some people. And then you start wondering if they've added more time to them but I don't think they do.

If you want me to try any codes just let me know, I use OH's facebook for testing codes etc, if the work, then I submit them in my own account :D :D :D

When we don't win I am pretty sure we can complain on the basis that

"The Advertising Standards Authority received a complaint that the competition had been "administered unfairly" because the winner was in fact a professional writer who had a historical relationship with HeyUGuys." (from elski's article posted in the gossip thread)

Just all of the ones we already have to see if they can be used a second time. I don't have any qualms about putting in new ones ASAP as that's the name of the game ;)

So if you get a message saying that the code has already been used, you get penalised! Oh no!

I haven't been so far and I've done it a few times, I guess there is a limit.

No you get a message saying how much you're being penalised by, if you just get a message saying 'this code has been used already' then you're ok. I was just saying I must have tried more than 3 times yesterday on codes that I'd used already & that's how I got the penalty. So just be careful if you've had that message a couple of times.

Phew! Thanks for that elski, you had me worried. If I get the used already message, I definitely will not try again, don't want to be penalised. 8O
