Funny you mention HP. I did exactly the same thing during the Chamber of Secrets especially when they get chased by the entire clan in the Forbidden Forest but the snake scenes did not bother me at all. I have no problems with snakes unless they're poisonous, same goes for spiders. I intensely detest wasps but I'm not exactly afraid of them. I have a problem with enclosed spaces though, and can have a problem with heights. I enjoy abseiling because I can understand my reaction and control it but if I stand on a step ladder and forget about even that little extra height it can do me in. It's not exactly fear so much as a weird dizzy sensation that starts up and then I become afraid of falling.

Wasps can be a nuisance as I had their sting stuck in my palm once from playing cricket. But the biggest irritation are moths. Are they blind?? They keep literally bumping into me and they look like they dont know where the bloody hell they are going!
