Wind Beneath the willows? nice find, though I've not seen that one yet. Must be the long lost sequel to Wind In the willows, which I'm seeing tomorrow with free tickets too! SO don't tell me what happens!
Hopefully yours is the only sequel and they don't go the whole Planet of the Apes sequelitis on the play....

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
some reviews -
Tajexpress - A series of Bollywood style dances interwoven with a simple story. The dances are excellent, story and gags less so. Its really about the dance and music yes, and its great to watch them. Gets a little repetitive for such a long show though, especailly if you dont understand hindi songs. Thanks to Sunny Saver for a very special evening there.
Wind In The Willows - I thought it was fun, though theres nothing in the way of the darker subject material that the novel touches - its one big happy singalong. 2nd half is a bit rushed though, blink and you'd miss the weasel vs ratgang faceoff.
American Choral Classics - nice but one too many Godsquad songs for my liking. I was however lucky enough to get a frontseat £26 ticket! Cant complain then.
Cold War Kids I think they were called on Thursday, a suitably loud and anxiety prone American rock band that want to be Kings of Leon without the swagger. Ok, but a bit hick for me. Great freebie though, with 2 bands in support, tickets cost nearly £30 normally.

You are very welcome raj!
I saw an American in Paris last week - half of it anyway, actually maybe less than that. Fell asleep in the first half, left at interval..

Really! Everything I have heard from people that have seen it has been extremely positive. I assume that wasn't on a free though, it's difficult even to get a decent discount for it at the moment.Sunny Saver wrote:I saw an American in Paris last week - half of it anyway, actually maybe less than that.
