This is my OH's all time favourite film, so i'm not sure if he will let me drag him along to see it haha!! but strangely i'm actualy looking forward to although i do agree with what someone said earlier i think David and Colin will struggle to make it as good as the first but i;ll keep an open mind and as always avoid any trailers

I saw this tonight at the Empire Big Screen thanks to the generosity of Ariuf...Thank you again.
David Tennant made a brief 1 min appearance and introduced the film...Welcome to Fright Night. This was a bonus and I did not mind the delay to the start of the film due to this. Then he must have dashed to Screen 8 for their intro.
I really enjoyed this film as it was funny, tense at times and quite witty. Colin Farrell and David Tennant were great. The 3D worked well and did not mar the film and actually enhanced it. I remember watching the original Fright Night ages ago and enjoyed that too but to be honest I cannot remember much of the original and will need to get it out again. The film was paced well and I felt there was no real dull moments.
8.5/10
Go see it.

I've never seen the original or if I have I'd totally forgotten it. Second time around for me seeing this, and I enjoyed it just as much, if not more. I was laughing clapping, jumping, and had a great old time. I have to say that yet again, the screen was too dark. As I've seen it before, I know, its not supposed to be that dark

9/10

I was hoping to see this but I've noticed the Sky preview clashes with friends with benefits. Now I'll have to choose between the 2 films
