Obviously I'd have to feel and shake it!! To be fair though, I just know my family and friends really well (or they know me really well) which makes it a lot easier to guess what they got ;)

I guess it'd just be 20 questions otherwise....!

I am hoping santa gets me a new coat, and a holiday. Clearly I don't want to be able to use the former on the latter. Unless it's for my birthday which is in Winter....

Aw, thank you :) I guess I ought to have a look at which coat I actually want! Internet browsing beckons. Not as much as a nap to try and shift this cold! GRRRR!!!

Has anyone seen the artificial Christmas trees which spew snow (artificial!) from the top? The tree stands in an upside down umberella filled with white polystyrene beads(snow). I saw them in 2 card shops today. The pink one was absolutely awful! Children/animals could make a fine mess with these trees!
ps Cost was reduced to £80.

I just feel the need to gloat that the largest part of Christmas shopping is done, wrapped and posted. Just the easy ones that I can do the day before should I so wish to go. YAY ME!!!!!!!!!

Really Truly starting to panic for xmas! Someone just asked me if I am all done??

I normally am so organised by now Iam planning the xmas tea and all gifts are b*ght, wrapped and sent off to santa!

whoops......not even begun this year yet! so much on...kids....work....uni.....kids football aaarrrhhhhhh!! got my self in a total panic....dont even know where to begin!

It's ok Betty - as soon as you get started you'll zoom back into your usual self and zip through it. Mine only takes ages as OH never decides what he wants to give his family until the last minue so it means it takes AGES! If there were no OH input required I'd be done even sooner I reckon. In 2013 my aim is to post it by September so that it can go by snail mail. We just spent £60 on airmail!!!! :blink:

Speaking of Christmas meals - what do the veggies on here make for Christmas lunch? Not keen on things like nut loaf but want to make mummy something yummy this year. I have yet to achieve this. Sigh..
