maybe you've won an extra set from another comp (or do you already know you've won twice?)

although thinkjam are the ones that cancel your extra wins (well the guy did for non-stop and only told me when I checked about it)

there are really strict non-transferable warnings on the email and that all guests have to enter with the named person (although no mention of ID checks)

My emails are from entertainment one, not thinkjam, strangely enough.

ah mine is signed off from entertainment one but has come from yet another thinkjam person (with the thinkjam people I was in email conversation with yesterday CC'd on it too) so maybe I've got a copy & paste version of the email.
